How MHR Club Works
How MHR Club Works
MHR Club is an ongoing educational membership—not a one-time report, generic content library, or one-size-fits-all diet.
1. Choose your membership and starting term
Select Essential, Guided, Household, or Personal Guidance and an approved 3-, 6-, or 12-month starting term offered for that level.
2. Complete your personal profile
Provide your required ABO and Rh blood type along with health circumstances, occupation, physicality, routines, goals, preferences, restrictions, and support needs.
3. Receive a more relevant experience
MHR Club organizes educational food guidance, Healthy Resources, provider-preparation tools, helpful discoveries, and practical next steps around the information you provide.
4. Use what fits your real life
Explore snack and meal education, save resources, prepare questions, track meaningful changes, and identify what is practical for your schedule and abilities.
5. Work more effectively with health professionals
Use MHR Club to organize observations, medications, questions, goals, and priorities before appointments. Licensed professionals remain responsible for diagnosis and treatment.
6. Review and adjust over time
Update the profile when health circumstances, occupation, mobility, routines, goals, preferences, or household needs change. The membership is designed to remain useful beyond the initial setup.
