Account Security
How MHR Club protects account access and what members should do when access may be at risk.
Effective: July 3, 2026
Protecting account access
MHR Club uses role and capability controls, authenticated sessions, request verification, and controlled member routes. Members should use a unique password, protect recovery access, and sign out on shared devices.
Suspicious activity
Use MHR Support immediately when a login, password reset, email change, message, order, or household action is not recognized. MHR Club may temporarily restrict access while identity and account ownership are reviewed.
Recovery and verification
Recovery requests may require confirmation through the account email and additional identity verification. Support staff should never request a complete payment-card number or a member password.
Household access
Household invitations and permissions must remain tied to the intended person. The primary member should remove access that is no longer authorized.
Security limitations
No online service can guarantee absolute security. MHR Club reviews known risks, applies reasonable safeguards, and documents confirmed incidents and corrective actions.
