What you can request
Depending on applicable law and the type of record, you may be able to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.
How to make a request
Contact MHR Club Support and clearly describe the account and the request. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card information.
Verification
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity and account relationship before releasing, changing, or deleting personal information.
Records we may need to keep
Some information may need to be retained for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations, or the privacy and rights of other people.
