Helpful Tools for Knowing and Tracking
Optional tools can help visitors and members learn important information, establish useful baselines, and prepare for better conversations with healthcare professionals.
At-home blood-type kits
MHR Club may link to a small selection of independent sellers for people who do not already know their blood type. A kit is optional; a result from a doctor, hospital, laboratory, or blood-donation organization may also be used for the member profile.
Digital scales
A reliable digital scale can establish a consistent weight baseline and help follow changes over time. Weight is only one part of the broader member profile.
Accessible and high-capacity options
Where available, MHR Club may identify scales with higher capacity, larger displays, stable platforms, voice features, or other accessibility considerations.
Smart-scale estimates
Body-fat, hydration, muscle, and similar readings from consumer smart scales are estimates. They should be used cautiously as trends and not treated as diagnoses.
No required equipment purchase
MHR Club does not require members to buy equipment through MHR Club. Product links are provided for convenience, and the seller—not MHR Club—controls fulfillment, warranties, and returns.
Clear commercial disclosure
Each product recommendation should identify what it measures, what it does not establish, the seller, return terms, and any affiliate relationship.
Member control
Members decide which optional measurements to track and what information to discuss with their healthcare professionals.
