How eligible individuals can request access, correction, export, or deletion of information associated with MHR Club.

Available requests
Depending on the account, location, legal obligations, and record type, an eligible individual may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion.
How to submit
Use the MHR Support page and choose Data or Privacy Request. Describe the account, requested action, and information involved without sending passwords or complete payment-card details.
Identity verification
MHR Club may verify identity, account ownership, household authority, and request scope before releasing or changing information.
Limits and retention
Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, legal obligations, or protection of other people’s privacy.
Response tracking
Requests should receive a case record, status, assigned reviewer, action history, and completion outcome.
