Our approach
MHR Club is designed with keyboard access, readable structure, text resizing, screen-reader compatibility, visible focus, and reduced-motion considerations in mind. Conformance claims will be made only after appropriate testing.
Assistance and alternative formats
Members and applicants may request reasonable assistance or an alternative format through MHR Support. The team will review the request and explain available options.
Report a barrier
Report the page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology, and problem encountered. Accessibility reports should be routed for review, prioritization, and remediation rather than treated as general feedback.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing product responsibility. New releases should be tested at multiple viewport sizes, keyboard-only operation, zoom, and representative assistive-technology conditions.
