How MHR Club collects, uses, protects, retains, and responds to requests involving personal information.

Information we collect
We may collect Journey answers, contact and account information, membership and order records, household-profile information, messages, support requests, attachments, saved discoveries, recommendation feedback, consent records, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to review eligibility, verify applicants, determine whether MHR Club can provide appropriate Club support, organize the member Journey, provide educational resources, manage membership access, communicate securely, prevent misuse, and meet legal and operational responsibilities.
Payments and service providers
Payment information is processed by enabled payment and commerce providers. MHR Club receives transaction and order information needed to review an order and administer membership, but does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in this plugin.
Household information
A primary member controls invitations and permissions for household profiles. Each person’s information should remain separate, appropriately authorized, and limited to the purpose for which it was shared.
Retention, export, and deletion
Retention depends on operational, contractual, security, and legal needs. Eligible individuals may request access, export, correction, or deletion through MHR Support. Identity verification may be required before a privacy request is completed.
Geographic service area
MHR Club currently reviews applicants and orders only from approved countries in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. Location and identity information may be verified before access is granted.
