What MHR Club does, what it does not do, and when professional or emergency care is required.

What MHR Club provides
MHR Club provides educational wellness information, Journey organization, realistic next-step support, saved resources, provider-question preparation, member communications, and personalized educational suggestions based on information a member chooses to share.
What MHR Club does not provide
MHR Club does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, provide medical treatment, replace licensed healthcare professionals, offer emergency services, or guarantee health outcomes.
Personalized education is not medical advice
A suggestion may be selected because it appears relevant to Journey information, but it remains educational. Members should consider their own circumstances and consult qualified professionals when medical judgment is required.
Emergencies and urgent concerns
For an emergency or urgent medical concern, contact local emergency services or an appropriate licensed healthcare provider. Do not wait for an MHR Club message response.
Provider preparation
MHR Club may help a member organize questions, observations, and goals for a provider conversation. The licensed provider remains responsible for diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Member choice and feedback
Members control what they share and may mark suggestions as not relevant, not possible now, already being done, or something to discuss with a provider.
