MHR Club

Terms

The conditions governing access to and use of MHR Club.

MHR Club Commitment

Terms of Use

The conditions governing applications, orders, verification, Club Membership, and use of MHR Club.

Effective: July 3, 2026

Eligibility and approval

Submitting a Journey, creating an account, placing an order, or completing payment does not automatically create or activate an MHR Club membership. Every applicant and order is subject to geographic, identity, contact, and suitability verification. MHR Club may request more information, approve, decline, suspend, or close an application when it cannot responsibly provide the requested Club support.

Approved service area

Applicants and orders must be from an approved country in North America, Central America, the Caribbean, or South America. MHR Club may review submitted country, billing location, shipping destination, and other reasonable verification signals.

Orders and activation

An order may remain pending while verification is completed. Membership access begins only after final activation by authorized MHR Club staff. Payment confirmation alone does not grant dashboard, household, messaging, recommendation, or other member entitlements.

Member responsibilities

Members must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use the service lawfully, respect household privacy, and avoid presenting MHR Club educational content as medical diagnosis or treatment.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

The offer and checkout terms accepted for a specific order govern billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and paid-through access. Material terms should be presented before purchase and preserved with the order record.

Suspension and termination

MHR Club may restrict access for security, privacy, nonpayment, misuse, unsupported geography, inaccurate verification information, or when continued support is outside the Club’s responsible scope.

Wellness limitation

MHR Club provides educational wellness organization and support. It does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, medical treatment, emergency response, or guaranteed outcomes.

Legal review

Governing-law, dispute-resolution, and jurisdiction provisions require final legal approval before public commercial enrollment.
